Shipping & Returns



Please allow (5-7) business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped with tracking via FedEx Ground delivery in the continental US, Mexico & Canada or USPS Standard or Expedited service in the US. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.




Here at CBD INC, we give you (14) fourteen days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (14) fourteen days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.


Please note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


*We do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.


Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.


If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, we ask you check the following prior to contacting us:


  • Double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.
